Computer Service (not their real name) couldn't boot their accounting
computer running on Windows XP, what did they do? To have less
stress, they called Primary Computer Service. We found the hard
drive had massive read errors, so we copied the drive with our special
imaging software and in 4 hours everything was back to the original.
The owner asked twice, "How will I find my program?" I assured him
that it was exactly the same as before and NO LEARNING CURVE.
