August 3, 2016
It was working yesterday, but after storing it for an evening and reconnecting the next morning, some computers could not browse. What can we do?

Straighten Out the Wires

At first glance, a network inventory was taken on the working computer.  Then it was a check on the network cabling.  There was an unnecessary router in the circuit as well as a duplicate wire from the router to the switch.  This caused a DHCP conflict which meant computers could not connect to the network.  The Primary Computer Service engineer was able to adjust network cabling so that we could use our phone bank TODAY.
